Phil is a compensation consultant with 20 years of experience designing, leading, and optimizing HR functions, processes, and programs.

Throughout his career, Phil has demonstrated an ability to operate at the Board level, supporting HR, Audit, and Governance Committees with their respective mandates. He specializes in compensation for Board, executive, and employee pay, as well as incentive plan design, performance management, and related governance issues.  

Phil graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Finance) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Global Energy). He currently serves on the Board of the Heritage Park Historical Village, as the Chair of the Compensation Committee.
