Our History

We formed in 2006 as an independent executive compensation advisory firm, with the goal to develop trusted relationships with clients as we guide them through the increasingly complex compensation environment. These relationships are built by applying our extensive sector experience and advising our clients on a case-by-case basis, versus the one size fits all approach of many third-party proxy advisors.

The Problem

There can be a disconnect between the decisions made at the Board level and the implementation of these philosophies and programs throughout the company. The disconnect often occurs from a lack of internal resources to lead the implementation of these programs (early-stage, fast-growth companies, resource-constrained cyclical commodity companies, etc.).
