Karam is an Executive Compensation Analyst who provides technical and analytical support to the consultants in our Executive Compensation practice.

Karam is a graduate from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business, where he earned a degree in Finance. Before joining Lane Caputo, Karam gained significant experience in the wealth management field where he was involved in engaging with high-net-worth individuals, providing support in financial planning, portfolio management analysis, and crafting financial projections.

Karam is currently pursuing his CFA designation, and successfully completed his CFA Level 1 exam in the summer of 2022.
